Drift Delay is a free download. Swirl Chorus is in development and is not accepting orders yet. The following terms describe how Swirl will be sold when it is released.

The developer

Purchasing Swirl

Swirl will be a one-time purchase, with a planned price of £39. The final amount, currency and any applicable tax will be shown before payment. There is no subscription. Check the system requirements and use the 14-day trial in your DAW before buying.

Checkout will be provided by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record: it is the seller for the payment transaction and handles payment, tax, receipts and refunds. Sliding Cheesecake Records develops the software, grants the software licence and provides product support. Lemon Squeezy’s buyer terms will be shown at checkout.

Delivery

This is downloadable software, with no physical delivery. After a successful purchase, the checkout confirmation and order email provide your licence details and download information. If they do not arrive, check your spam folder, then contact support with the email address used to purchase. Do not send payment card details.

14-day refund policy

If Swirl is not right for you, request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase. You do not need to give a reason. Downloading, activating or using the plugin does not remove this voluntary refund offer.

Email hello@slidingcheesecake.com with your purchase email address and order number, if available. We will arrange the refund through Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method. Payment-provider processing times vary. Once refunded, stop using the paid licence and remove its licence files.

Lemon Squeezy may also issue refunds under its own policies. This 14-day offer does not limit remedies for faulty or misdescribed software or any other statutory rights.

Digital downloads and cancellation

UK and EEA consumers generally have a 14-day cancellation period for online purchases. For digital content, the statutory cancellation right can end when supply begins if you expressly agree to immediate supply and acknowledge that loss of the cancellation right. These choices must be presented at checkout; visiting this site or reading these terms is not consent.

Our voluntary 14-day refund policy still applies even if you agree to immediate supply. If you wish to cancel, an email clearly stating that decision is sufficient; you do not have to use a particular form. You can use the following wording:

If the software is faulty

Contact us with the problem and your system details so we can investigate. Your rights to a remedy for faulty digital content continue beyond the voluntary refund window where the law provides them. Nothing in these terms excludes those rights.

Complaints

Send product or licence complaints to the developer using the contact details above. For payment disputes, you can also use the support details on your Lemon Squeezy receipt. Explain what happened and the outcome you are seeking.

Which terms apply

The terms shown when you buy apply to that purchase. Save or print them with your receipt. English law applies to our agreement with you, without removing mandatory consumer protections or access to courts in your home jurisdiction.
